Where Mindset, Wellbeing and Leadership Rise Together

Burnout isn't a personal weakness.
The World Health Organization defines burnout as chronic workplace stress that hasn't been successfully managed. It's an organisational problem, not an individual failing.
Yet most organisations still respond with another webinar, another app, another wellness day. Large studies show that on their own, these make little measurable difference.
Meanwhile your strongest leaders keep delivering, right up until the day they resign.

I'm Hlengi
hi there,
BUSINESS PSYCHOLOGY CONSULTANT & FOUNDER
I'm Hlengiwe Faku, a Business Psychology Consultant and the founder of Lathitha Rising.
I hold an MSc in Business Psychology from the University of East London and am a member of the Association of Business Psychology. I was a 2024 Coach of the Year finalist, and Lathitha Rising is an ambassador of the Workplace Wellness Association SA (WWASA).
I started in health and wellness coaching, after pushing through burnout myself. That's where I saw how burnout shows up in the body long before it shows up in a resignation letter. Today I bring both together: the psychology of how work is designed, and the human cost when it's designed badly.
Human Sustainability: Performance that lasts
Human Sustainability treats people as something you steward, not a resource to use up. When it's in place, it builds wellbeing, then resilience, then agility, and then performance that lasts.
Diagnose where work is depleting your leaders.
Redesign the structures behind it.
Develop leaders who lead sustainably.
Measure the impact, so you can prove it.

How We Work
With You
Every engagement begins with a conversation. From there, we build Human Sustainability at the level you need most: the whole organisation, a team, or the individual leader.
START WITH A CONVERSATION
We'll talk about what you're seeing in your leaders and whether Human Sustainability work is the right fit.
LEAVE WITH CLARITY
You'll leave with a clearer view of where depletion may be coming from, and the next step that makes sense for your organisation.
